Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing Audible credits from Digital Essentials. We strive for transparency and fairness in our refund process. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your Audible credit code must meet all of the following criteria:

  1. The code has NOT been redeemed or used on Audible/Amazon.
  2. The code remains in its original, unused condition (e.g., not shared, altered, or partially applied).
  3. Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or returns will NOT be granted if:

  • The code has already been redeemed or linked to an Audible/Amazon account.
  • Eligibility criteria (above) are not fully met.
  • Suspicious activity is detected (e.g., fraud, unauthorized purchases).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@digitalessentials.xyz with:
    • Your order number.
    • Proof of purchase (transaction receipt/ID).
    • A written statement confirming the code is unused.
  2. Verification: We’ll validate the code’s status with Audible and our records.
  3. Approval: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/provider).
  • Exchanges are only offered for defective codes (we’ll replace them after verification).
